User calls CyberDefender tech support and gets duped into purchasing their most excellent <cough 1BS cough> software to remove Trojan "Sheur2xlc".

Tech support spends 4 hours cleaning the system up. Except they never used CyberDefender software to do it! kilstb

Why am I not surprised ........ wonder if they got the idea from Symantec?

I can see it now how this is gonna play out as a rogue India telephone support center\affiliate and how they'll get all over their asses to correct it. d!
